Trio of Chia Smoothies

Serves 6

RAW White Chia Seeds - a tbsp in each
RAW Acacia Honey - a tsp in each
RAW Whole Almond Butter - 1 tbsp
The Collective Kefir - 2 tbsp in each
I ripe banana
½ Avocado
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh mint
A handful of strawberries
Your choice of milk - 130ml in each

Strawberry:

Add the strawberries, chia seeds, honey, milk and Kefir into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve and drink immediately.

Banana & Almond Butter:

Add the almond butter, banana, chia, honey (you may need less in this one), milk and Kefir into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve and drink immediately.

Avocado, Mint & Ginger:

Add the avocado, mint, ginger, chia, honey, milk and Kefir into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve and drink immediately.
