Strawberry Chia Pudding

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened rice milk
6 tablespoons RAW Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons RAW Acacia Honey
8-10 Strawberries, sliced
A handful of crushed nuts of your choice

1. Combine the coconut milk, rice milk, chia seeds and honey in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes give the mixture another thorough mix. Cover with a beeswax wrap and chill until the desired consistency (8 hours/overnight)
3. After chilling, give the pudding a stir with a spoon until smooth and divide evenly among the glasses. Squeeze the sliced strawberries into the side of each glass with another couple on top along with the crushed nuts.
