Raw Overnight Zoats 2 Ways

100g courgette, grated as finely as possible (a mandolin is helpful)
100g oats
300-350ml dairy free milk
130g coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp. RAW Organic Black Chia Seeds
A pinch of salt

Flavour Combinations:

For turmeric spiced zoats (for 2 people):
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tsp. of ginger
1 tsp. of turmeric
A pinch of nutmeg
A few grinds of black pepper
RAW Organic Acacia Flower Honey, to taste

For cacao zoats (for 2 people):
6 tsp. raw cacao powder
RAW Organic Acacia Flower Honey, to taste

In a large mixing bowl add all of the basic ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Choose which flavour combination you would like and stir them in until completely incorporated. Sweeten with honey to your taste. If you wish to try both flavours, divide the basic mixture into two bowls and then add half of the given amounts of ingredients to each bowl, stirring well.

Cover with cling film or a plate and place in the fridge overnight to thicken.

In the morning, divide the zoats into two bowls (if you haven’t already). You may wish to add a bit more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Top with your favourite fresh fruit, RAW Organic Nut Butter and another drizzle of RAW Organic honey.
