Raw detoxifying green soup

Serves 2

70g spinach
115g frozen peas, defrosted
1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic
210g courgette
1 heaped tbsp. RAW Organic Super Seed Spread
2 tbsp. tamari
Juice ΒΌ lemon
Handful parsley
50ml dairy free milk
150ml water
Salt & pepper, to taste

To serve:

Sliced spring onions
RAW Organic Kale Chips Cashew Cheeze & Onion

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender with 150ml water. Blend until completely smooth.

Add another 50-100ml more water or milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Season to your taste and heat up to 42C Celsius before serving.

Top with sliced spring onions and kale chips.
