Raw Courgette and Tahini Dip

3 medium courgettes, trimmed
60g RAW Organic Whole Tahini
20ml RAW Organic Greek Olive Oil
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 small cloves garlic
1-2 tsp. ground cumin
1-2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Taste for spice and seasoning, adding more if necessary.

Store in the fridge.

Serve as a dip with crudités, vegetable crisps and our raw crackers and crispbreads or use as a thick dressing for salads.
