90g RAW Organic Extreme Dark Chocolate, roughly broken into squares
20g RAW Organic Maya Honey
14 RAW Organic Chocada Truffles
Freeze dried raspberries / strawberries
Line a small tray with greaseproof paper.
Gently melt the chocolate and honey together and whisk to combine.
One by one, roll each truffle in the melted chocolate, using a fork or spoon to help roll them around and cover them evenly.
Place them on the tray and sprinkle with your desired toppings. Refrigerate until set.
