Maple & Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Serves 3

80g RAW Organic White Chia Seeds
600ml nut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt (optional)
Maple Syrup
Fresh fruit of choice

Put the chia seeds into a large bowl and cover with milk. Add the vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Whisk with a fork, cover and put in the fridge for around 4 hours or preferably overnight. Whisking again after an hour or so will help everything mix better. If you have a jar large enough you can shake everything up in there too.

Before eating, whisk or shake the mixture again so that all of the milk is absorbed by the chia seeds.

Divide into glasses and top with maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice. We used chopped pear and blackberries.
