Lavender Iced Matcha Latte

Serves 2

Lavender honey syrup:
120ml Water
1 tablespoon dried lavender
175g RAW Organic Pure Blossom Honey

Iced Matcha Latte:
2 teaspoons Matcha Powder
2 cups unsweetened Plant Milk of choice
2 tablespoons Lavender Honey

1. Make the syrup by whisking together the water, honey, and lavender in a small pot.
2. Bring the syrup to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let the lavender steep in the syrup for about 30 minutes.
3. Strain the lavender through a fine mesh strainer and let the syrup cool. Store the syrup in a clean jar in the refrigerator, it will keep for several weeks.
4. For the latte, blend the matcha powder, milk, and lavender honey in a high-speed blender until combined. Pour over ice, and enjoy!
