Serves 4 as a side
4 large vine tomatoes, cut into small irregular wedges
1 cucumber, roughly chopped into small pieces
½ a red onion thinly sliced
16 Kalamata olives, halved
½ bunch fresh dill
4 tbsp RAW Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Prepare all ingredients and place into a large bowl to mix until well combined.
2. Lightly season, then serve and enjoy!
