Easy Whipped Honey

1 bottle of RAW Pure Blossom Honey (this is a great way to elevate older honey that has started to crystallise!)

1. Pour the honey into a large mixing bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer, whisk the honey for around 20 minutes or until it becomes light, fluffy, airy and white in colour.
3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature, and enjoy on pancakes, toast, biscuits, and fruit… you name it!
