2 tablespoons RAW Black Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon RAW Tropical Forest Honey
180ml plant milk
Half a Kiwi and half an orange/satsuma, peeled finely chopped
Small handful of blueberries
4 tablespoons granola
Mix all the chia pudding ingredients very well in a jar, ensuring no lumps remain.
Refrigerate for at least 30 mins or overnight.
To serve, layer your chopped kiwi, orange and half the blueberries, followed by half the chia pudding, then a layer of granola, followed by the rest of the chia pudding. Top with remaining blueberries. Serve and enjoy!
