Chia Bircher Muesli with Honey Topping

Serves 2

150g oats
1 tbsp RAW Black Chia Seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
300ml almond milk
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Handful of raisins
Handful of goji berries
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
1 kiwi, sliced
4 tsp RAW Tropical Forest Honey
50g plant milk yoghurt

1. In a jar, add the oats, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, chia, flax, most of the raisins, goji berries and almonds. Mix well with a spoon, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
2. The next morning, divide the bircher between the serving jars and tops with the yoghurt, honey, sliced kiwi, extra goji berries and almonds. Dig in!
