Blueberry, Banana and Cashew Butter Smoothie

Serves 1-2

1 ripe banana
250g frozen blueberries
2 heaped tbsp. RAW Organic Cashew Butter
250ml cashew milk, or other milk of choice
A squeeze of lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. RAW Organic Pure Blossom Honey, to taste
RAW Organic White Chia Seeds, to serve

Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.

Top with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
