Juice of ½ lemon
3 tbsp water
6 tbsp RAW Acacia Flower Honey
6 tbsp RAW Apple Cider Vinegar
3 sprigs fresh thyme
½ lemon, sliced, to garnish
1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the honey and water.
2. Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and fresh thyme. Stir, and continue to heat for 3 minutes.
3. Pour into a jug or carafe, then add the lemonade and ice, and mix well. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve!
