5 Minute Spring Acai Bowl (great for gut health!)

Serves 2

2 packets unsweetened frozen acai
150g frozen mixed berries
1 banana
240ml almond milk
2 tbsp RAW Almond Butter
Pinch RAW Black Chia Seeds, for topping
Pinch coconut flakes, for topping
Handful raspberries, for topping
Handful strawberries, for topping
Drizzle of RAW Tropical Forest Honey, for topping

1. Start by blending the base. Place the frozen acai, frozen mixed berries, banana, milk and almond butter in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into two bowls and arrange your toppings. A breakfast that’s great for gut health and only takes 5 minutes!
