Raw Chocolate Protein Bars

Serves 5-6

150g oats
50g coconut flour
40g raw vegan protein (we used Purition hemp protein)
20g raw cacao powder
10g RAW Organic Black Chia Seeds
65g RAW Organic Cashew Butter
120g RAW Organic Maya Honey
60ml nut milk
40g RAW Organic Hemp Chocolate

Blend the oats into a flour in a food processor.

Add the coconut flour, protein, cacao and chia seeds and blend to combine.

Add the cashew butter, honey and milk and blend until you have a firm but slightly sticky dough that holds together.

Press this into a silicon tin or mould (if you don’t have a silicon one, line it with Clingfilm). Ours was about 8” by 4”.

Chop the chocolate up roughly and then press the chunks into the top of the mixture.

Refrigerate until firm before cutting into bars. Store in the fridge.
