Raw Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

1 ripe mango, stone and skin removed
100g pineapple
1 ripe banana
2 handfuls spinach
50ml plant based milk
1 tsp. matcha green tea powder (optional)
1 tbsp. RAW Organic Black Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. RAW Organic Nut Butter of choice

Topping ideas:

Dried coconut
Fresh berries
RAW Organic Energy Balls
RAW Organic Nut Butter

Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana, mango or pineapple overnight before adding to the blender.

Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Pour smoothie into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Serve immediately,
