Basil, Parsley and Raw Super Seed Pesto

1 clove of garlic, peeled
60g fresh basil
30g fresh parsley
90g RAW Organic Superseed Spread
40-50 ml RAW Organic Greek Olive Oil
2 tbsp. RAW Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined and to a consistency of your liking, adding more oil if you want a thinner pesto.

Season to taste.

Store in the fridge and eat within 4 days.
